How fast can you deliver? +
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM. Midnight delivery arrives at 12:00 AM sharp, and scheduled delivery lets you pick any future date.
Do you deliver outside Karachi? +
Yes, we deliver selected gifts outside Karachi. However, cakes, flower bouquets, and balloons are currently available for delivery within Karachi only.
Can I track my order? +
Yes — once your order is confirmed, you'll receive delivery updates via WhatsApp or SMS.
What if the recipient isn't home? +
Our delivery team will coordinate directly with the recipient beforehand for midnight and scheduled deliveries to ensure someone is available.
