The simple rules that apply when you order a gift from Gift World Gifting.

Placing an order
Orders are confirmed once we have your delivery address, date, time slot and payment confirmation. Until then, an enquiry is not a booked order.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We accept Bank Transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa — and Payoneer or Western Union for international payments.
- A 50% advance payment confirms and books your order; the remaining 50% is paid once your order is ready.
- Delivery charges depend on the area within Karachi and are confirmed before we begin.
Products and substitutions
Flowers, cakes and chocolates are seasonal. If an item is unavailable, we substitute it with something of equal or higher value and a similar look, and inform you where time allows.
Changes and cancellation
- Changes can be made up to 12 hours before the delivery slot.
- Custom cakes, personalised items and same-day orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
Delivery attempts
Please make sure the address and phone number are correct. If nobody is available, we call the sender and attempt one re-delivery. Extra delivery charges may apply for wrong or incomplete addresses.
