Gift World (“we”, “us”) runs giftworld.pk, an online gift shop delivering cakes, flowers, balloons and gift hampers across Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Recipient details: the name, phone number and delivery address of the person receiving the gift, along with the delivery date, time slot and any card message you write.
- Payment confirmation: if you pay by bank transfer or mobile wallet, the payment screenshot or transaction reference you send us to confirm your order.
- Messages: anything you share with us on WhatsApp, phone, Instagram or Facebook when asking about or placing an order.
- Website usage: basic technical data such as your browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies (see below).
How we use your information
- To prepare, confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you or the recipient about the delivery.
- To print your personal message on the gift card exactly as you wrote it.
- To verify your payment.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To keep a record of orders as required for our accounts.
- To send you offers or updates, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We never sell your personal information, and we do not share your card message or the recipient’s details with anyone other than the people who prepare and deliver your order.
Who we share it with
- Delivery staff and riders, who receive the recipient’s name, phone number and address so they can deliver the gift.
- Service providers that run our website, such as our hosting company and the plugins that power our store, only as needed to operate the site.
- Authorities, if we are required to do so by law.
Surprise orders
For surprise and midnight deliveries, we keep the sender’s identity private from the recipient unless you ask us to share it or your card message names you.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your login and understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without them. Pages that show an embedded Google map or link to our Google reviews may also set cookies from Google.

We keep order details for as long as needed to complete your order and for our business and accounting records. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

Our website is intended for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
