How do I place an order?
Simply contact us on WhatsApp with your gift choice, delivery date, and address. Once the details are confirmed, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm and book your order. The remaining 50% will be paid once your order is ready.
Do you really deliver at midnight?
Yes. Midnight surprises arrive at 12 AM sharp anywhere in Karachi. Place the order by 12 PM the same day.
Can I send a gift anonymously?
Absolutely. We keep your details private and only pass on the message you write for the recipient.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. For international payments, we also accept Payoneer and Western Union.
Can I customise a hamper?
Yes — tell us your budget and the occasion, and we will put together options with flowers, cakes, chocolates, balloons.
Can I add a name or photo to a cake?
Yes. Name cakes need at least 6 hours' notice, and photo cakes a full day.
What if the recipient is not home?
We call you, hold the order safely and attempt one re-delivery. Extra charges may apply if the address was incorrect.
Do you take corporate or bulk orders?
Yes — Eid, Ramadan and company gifting in bulk. Message us for pricing and lead times.
